Asian Switchgear Pvt. Ltd. infrastructure setup forms the backbone of its growth. It has two state-of-the-art manufacturing plants spread over an area of around 10000 mtrs.

Fabrication

The fabrication area is a well equipped section with latest machines for precision cutting, shearing and bending of sheet metal items. Besides this, it has facilities for Spot welding, Arc welding and grinding to achieve perfect welds and finishes on fabricated panels.

The press shop in the fabrication area has modern hydraulic, mechanical and power presses with capacities ranging from 40 tons to 110 tons. Panels of high quality are produced using CNC Servo Turret Punch & Press Brake Machine of AMADA, Japan for maximum accuracy and speedier production.

For processing of Busbars, the company has hydraulic bending machines to bend Busbars of sizes upto 200mmX20mm and punching machines for varied sizes. Apart from this, the company has an in-house tool room equipped with all necessary tools & equipments to support the production process. The tool room has in-house facilities for drilling, tool manufacturing, cutting, grinding, machining on conventional as well as latest machines.

Powder Coating

The company has an in-house powder coating plant ensuring perfect finish and treatment of assembled and semi-assembled panels.

Assembly

The assembly line at Asian Switchgear Pvt. Ltd. is a sophisticated setup with facilities for automated as well as manual assembling of busbars, panels etc. The streamlined manufacturing process in the assembly area ensures enhanced efficiency and optimum productivity.

Wiring

The wiring section is aided by a range of pneumatic and manual equipments operated by experienced engineers. For the end-user, the wirings are marked using color codes ensuring easy identification of wires post delivery.
